Comtech Telecommunications Corp. Announces a $2.3 Million Contract Modification for Additional Mobile Communications Equipment
MELVILLE, N.Y., Feb 3, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) — Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (Nasdaq: CMTL) announced today that it has received a $2.3 million contract modification for additional mobile digital line-of-sight microwave communications equipment. This modification relates to the Company’s $42 million contract with a large U.S. prime contractor which was awarded in October 2002.
The contract modification was awarded to Comtech’s Orlando, Florida – based subsidiary, Comtech Systems, Inc. Comtech Systems will supply fully synthesized, line-of-sight microwave radios in various configurations.
