Job Description:

MUST HAVE STRONG SALES EXPERIENCE IN SYSTEMS/COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT.

This position is responsible for Marketing and Sales in an assigned market area.  The Sales Manager will develop Marketing strategies commensurate with overall company goal and objectives and achieve an assigned volume of sales with in a given budget.  Reports to Vice President Of Marketing.

Requirements:

• Experience selling systems to foreign governments
• Experience working with agents
• A strong sales background
• A high tech background - RF Preferred
• Must be able to travel up to 50% + of the time in the Asia, Africa and Middle East countries.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Order achievements by direct sales and marketing and indirect efforts.
• Will be measured against assigned sales quotas
• Assist in preparation of yearly marketing and sales plan.
• Prepare overall area marketing strategy, which identifies target customers and the best method of pursuit.
• Maintain constant and on-going market identification of customers, markets and competition.
• Prepare proposal strategies
• Financial responsibility for B&P, travel and operating expenses for their market area.
• Recommend new products based upon shifting market requirements.
